Payment Methods

  • Credit Card
    • If you are newly enrolling at Busy Bee, not enrolled in Busy Bee and attending Busy Bee VBS or Summer Camps, participating in Busy Bee Fundraisers, or making a Busy Bee Donation: Please use this Link: Online Payment (scroll down to Busy Bee when you see General), please scroll down when you see “General” to select Busy Bee. You will receive an email confirmation, please email that receipt to bbpstaff@bethanybusybee.org
    • For enrolled students you may use myProcare.com or Procare app to have your payment go directly to your student’s account.
    • You may also pay at the School Office with the credit card swipe Mechanism.
    • There is a $1 activation fee to initiate online and mobile app payments.
  • ACH – for enrolled students, please email the office at bbpstaff@bethanybusybee.org to send you a link
    • There is a $1 activation fee to initiate online and mobile app payments.
  • Cash – please place cash in an envelope and write your student’s name and reason for payment. Place the sealed envelop in the payment box in the director’s office.
  • Check – please place checks in the payment box in the director’s office or mail to: Busy Bee, 6240 S. Broadway, Centennial 80121
    • Should be made payable to Bethany Busy Bee.
    • A return check fee of $20 will be charged for all returned checks. If more than one tuition check is returned by the bank, cash or a money order payment will be required.
  • Venmo (use Bethany EFC or use this QR code).
    • Please send us an email that you submitted your payment through Venmo. Please include the payment amount and that it is for Busy Bee, and what the payment is for. This helps us apply your payment towards the correct designation

Pay Tuition Online for enrolled students through MyProcare.com  

  1. Go to www.MyProcare.com
  2. Enter your email address (the one you have on file with Busy Bee) and submit. 
  3. You will receive via email a confirmation number, enter the number, choose a password, and press Submit.
  4. To pay, you will see your balance then press pay and you can enter any amount, enter your payment information either credit card or ACH using your check information. There is a one-time $1 fee to initiate online payments.  To see your balance details, use the Reports option (see below #6).
  5. To set up Reoccurring payments through credit card or ACH please email bbpstaff@bethanybusybee.org to request a Reoccurring payment link.  You will enter your payment information, Busy Bee has no access to this information.  The information is protected with XX’s and only reflect the last 4 digits you entered. A Busy Bee staff process the reoccurring payment therefore the day processed may differ.  There are no late fees for this process.
  6. To access statements or end of the year taxes: Go to Reports (first option on the top). Press Run Report. Select the dates you want to view. For example for your 2023 Taxes choose 1/1/2023 to 12/31/2023. Press Run Report. Or for a copy of your statement you may enter 8/1/2023 to the current day then press Run Report. This report can be Printed or Downloaded and Save it.

If you pay with Procare your payment will be applied to your account immediately.

Pay using the “Pay Now” Button on your Procare App.  You would have received an invitation email/text link from Procare to connect you with Busy Bee and access your account. Follow steps 2-4 below. 

NEW STUDENTS / STUDENTS NOT ENROLLED at Busy Bee

Pay Online Using the Following Instructions

  1. To Pay for Busy Bee: Tuition, Registration Fee, Fundraisers, Donations, VBS, or Summer Camps. Please use this link: bethanyefree.org/give
  2. Under “Give”, fill in the amount of your payment.
  3. Where it reads “General”, please scroll down to select the appropriate Busy Bee option as listed on the image below.
  4. Complete the information with your credit card number, zip code, name and email.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation of your “gift” which is the payment submitted.

Please forward your email confirmation of your payment to the school office email: bbpstaff@bethanybusybee.org with a message describing what is the payment for such as Busy Bee Registration, Awana, VBS, summer program,  Walkathon, Trike-a-thon, or Silent Auction. This helps us apply your payment towards the correct designation.  Thank you!
