Registration Fee
Each child is required to pay a one time, non-refundable fee of $200 for one child or $300 per family. The fee is submitted with the Registration Form at the time of registration for each child. This fee holds the space in the class for the student and does not apply toward tuition. There is no Activity Fee or Back to School Supplies required as it is included with the Registration Fee.

Snack Opt Out Fee
$150 per school year and the school will provide their snack for them. Or pay $16 per each month missed. Parents/guardians will be responsible for bringing a healthy snack for their child’s class monthly. For snack sign up, please see Newsletters tab where it has a tab per teacher class information, including the snack sign up link. The weekly email will also have a snack sign up link available through the Newsletters tab.
Allotted snack sign up depending on the number of days enrolled:
- 3 or more days per week classes, parents/guardians should sign up to bring a snack once per month
- 2 days per week parents/guardians should sign up twice per month
- 1 day per week class parents/guardians should sign up 3-4 times per month
Volunteer Opt Out Fee
$150 per school year to pay for extra helpers for school events. Or please pay $16 per each hour less than 9 total hours unable to volunteer. Parents/guardians are asked to volunteer an hour per month if divided into equal amounts, or as many hours that lead for a total of 9 hours for the school year. This helps keep tuition fees low by having families help prepare/set up for special events. This also serves as community service and to create a stronger community by working together within Busy Bee.

Waitlist
If a class is currently full you may request to be put on the waitlist. Please fill out a registration form and then email it to bbpstaff@bethnaybusybee.org stating that you wish to be put on the waitlist pending an available opening for a designated class.

Tuition Information
Bethany Busy Bee is a not for profit, self-supporting preschool. We rely on timely tuition payments to pay our teachers and staff, as well as, to carry out special events, and operate smoothly and efficiently.
The total annual tuition has been equally divided into nine months. Therefore, each month will be the same amount and is not dependent on the number of weeks in the month, or the numbers of days attended.
Tuition Payment is due on the 1st of each month. Checks should be made payable to Bethany Busy Bee.
Tuition is eligible for the Child Care Tax Credit. Please refer to attached PDF IRS Form 2441 (click on blue letters to access the form) i2441
Preschool programs times are 8:45 am to 11:45 am

The Kindergarten class will participate in all of the Bethany Busy Bee events including the option for Lunch Bunch
- Lunch Bunch Can be added on in addition to a class
- Extended Day 11:45 am to 1:45 pm
Lunch Bunch is offered to children in class or enrolled Monday through Friday. At 11:45 am anyone who would like to can bring a lunch and stay until 1:45 pm. Lunch Bunch costs can be reduced when regularly scheduled for one or more days per week.
Current Lunch Bunch Fee is $25 drop off fee for 2024-2025 ($30 drop off fee for 2025-2026)
Drop in Lunch Bunch fee can be paid at drop off or paid along with the montly tuition.

Discounts
The following are the tuition discounts available for this school year (it may vary or may not be available depending on fundraising per school year). These discounts may be used in conjunction with Tuition Assistance. Only one discount category may apply per family.
- Free lunch Bunch services for adoptive and foster families
- Families that are a part of Bethany, receive 10% discount.
- Families involved in a full time ministry (30 hours or more per week) with a not for profit organization.
- Please submit a letter that document this to the school office to receive the 10% discount.
- Grandchildren of families that are a part of Bethany, 5% discount
Last Month’s Tuition Payment
Last month’s tuition payment is required to be pre-paid upfront, one month prior to the first day of school. No tuition payment will be required in May as it is pre-paid by August 1st, before the beginning of school in September. Tuition is divided into 9 equal payments paid from August 1st through April 1st.
Withdrawal
If a child needs to be withdrawn from Bethany Busy Bee for any reason, please give 30 days written notice by completing the Student Withdrawal Notice and Family Exits Survey for the office before leaving the school. This will authorize us to apply your may prepaid payment to your child’s last month tuition, if your withdrawal is before March 1st.
After March 1st, no refund of the May payment will be given, since it is unlikely that we can fill any spots that late in the year. Please notify us as soon as possible if you plan to withdraw your child, as there may be another child on the waiting list.
