Registration Fee for 2018-2019 

Each child is required to pay a one time, non-refundable fee of $100 for one child or $150 per family. The fee is submitted with the Registration Form at the time of registration for each child. This fee holds the space in the class for the student and does not apply toward other fees or tuition.

Busy Bee Preschool is a not for profit, self-supporting preschool. We rely on timely tuition payments so our teachers can be paid and we can run smoothly and efficiently. 

The total annual tuition has been equally divided into nine months. Therefore, each month will be the same amount and is not dependent on the number of weeks in the month. 

Tuition Payment is due on the 1st of each month. Checks should be made payable to Bethany Busy Bee Preschool. 

2019-2020 School Year Tuition Rates, School Days and Hours are as follows:

 Preschool programs times are 9:00 am to 12:00 pm 

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday (3 days) = $260 per Month
    • 3.5 year old class, 4 year old class, and 5 year old class
  • Tuesday & Thursday (2 days) = $200 per Month
    • 2.5 to 3.5 year old class
    • 3.5 year old class, 4 year old class, and 5 year old class
  • Monday & Wednesday (2 days) = $200 per Month
    • 2.5 to 3.5 year old class only
  • Mother’s Day Out, one day preschool program is 9:00 am to 1:30 pm: (As of 2018-2019 MDO will run till 1:30 pm; 30 minutes more!)
    • Friday (1 day) = $135 per Month 
    • 2.5 to 5 year old class
    • 2 days plus MDO = $320 per Month
  • Half Day Kindergarten Monday through Friday (5 days) = $400 per Month
OTHER OPTIONS if openings are available:
  • Five days: MWF & TTH 
  • Five days: MW, TTH & MDO  
  • Four days: MW & TTH
  • Three days (M/W or T/TH) & Friday MDO 
  • Half Day Kindergarten ( 5 days) = $400 per Month
    • Kids must be 5 by October 1, 2019
    • Classes are held Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
    • Tuition Payments are Due 1st of the Month and are divided into 9 equal monthly tuition payments
    • A one time, non-refundable registration fee per child is $100 or $150 per family along with this form will hold your child’s space in the classroom. Classroom spaces are on a first come basis. Classroom size is from 8 – 12 kids.
    • Last Month’s Pre-paid Tuition for May 2020 and Enrollment Forms * are due before August 1st.
    • A $65 Activity Fee and September tuition are due September 1st.
    • The Kindergarten class will participate in all the Busy Bee events including the option for Lunch Bunch.
    • To register for Half day Kindergarten, please complete the  2019-2020 Kindergarten Registration Form and submit to the preschool along with the registration fee.

* Enrollment Forms are due by Aug 1st   which consist of the following: Student Information & Permission Form, Emergency Card, Immunization Record or  Exemption, and Current Physical within the last 12 months. Parent Handbook Acknowledgement is issued during parent orientation.

 * Tuition is eligible for the Child Care Tax Credit

Our families are offered the following discounts:

  • Families paying a year’s full tuition payment 5%
  • Families that are a part of Bethany 10%
  • Families involved in a full time ministry with a non for profit organization (with a letter documenting this) 5%
  • Grandchildren of families that are a part of Bethany 5%

 Last Month’s Tuition Payment

Last month’s tuition payment is required to be pre-paid upfront, one month prior to the first day of school in September. No tuition payment will be required in May as it is pre-paid by August 1st, before the beginning of school.


Activity Fee

An activity fee of $65 ($40 for Friday MDO program) is due prior or on September 1st. This fee contributes towards expenses incurred for special events such as: Fall Festival, Merry Andrew Afoot, Thanksgiving Feast, Christmas Performance, and the Graduation/ Spring Ceremony, especially those including special guest performers. The activity fee also covers some expenses associated with the end of the year memory book, and a special Mother’s Day and Christmas project.


Lunch Bunch Fee

The cost for this drop in program is $10 per Lunch Bunch attended and can be paid at drop off or paid along with the monthly tuition. 



If you must withdraw from Busy Bee before March 1, and you give us 30 days written notice, we will apply your pre-paid May payment to the tuition for the last month attended. However, no refund will be given without the required 30 days written notice before withdrawing your child. No refund of the May tuition will be available after March 1st since it is unlikely that we can fill any spots that late in the year. Please notify us as soon as possible if you plan to withdraw your child, as there may be another child on the waiting list.
