Registration Fee

Each child is required to pay a one time, non-refundable fee of $200 for one child or $300 per family. The fee is submitted with the Registration Form at the time of registration for each child. This fee holds the space in the class for the student and does not apply toward tuition. There is no Activity Fee or Back to School Supplies required as it is included with the Registration Fee.

Snack Opt Out Fee – $150 per school year and the school will provide their snack for them. Or pay $16 per each month missed.   Parents/guardians are asked to provide a healthy snack, a fresh fruit/vegetable and a pre-packaged bar/cracker/popcorn/muffins to the entire classroom.  For snack sign up, please see Newsletters tab  where it has a tab per teacher class information, including the snack sign up link.  The weekly email will also have a snack sign up link available through the Newsletters tab.

Allotted snack sign up depending on the number of days enrolled: 

  • 3 or more days per week classes, parents/guardians should sign up to bring a snack once per month
  • 2 days per week parents/guardians should sign up twice per month
  • 1 day per week class parents/guardians should sign up 3-4 times per month

Volunteer Opt Out Fee – $150 per school year to pay for extra helpers for school events. Or please pay $16 per each hour less than 9 total hours unable to volunteer. Parents/guardians are asked to volunteer an hour per month if divided into equal amounts, or as many hours that lead for a total of 9 hours for the school year.  This helps keep tuition fees low by having families help prepare/set up for special events.  This also serves as community service and to create a stronger community by working together within Busy Bee.   Please see this link for a list of volunteer opportunities or contact your teacher for classroom volunteer projects.


If a class is currently full you may request to be put on the waitlist. Please fill out a registration form and then email it to bbpstaff@bethnaybusybee.org stating that you wish to be put on the waitlist pending an available opening for a designated class.  2024-2025 Registration Form-fillable

Tuition Information 

Bethany Busy Bee Early Learning Center is a not for profit, self-supporting preschool. We rely on timely tuition payments so our teachers can be paid and we can run smoothly and efficiently. 

The total annual tuition has been equally divided into nine months. Therefore, each month will be the same amount and is not dependent on the number of weeks in the month. 

Tuition Payment is due on the 1st of each month. Checks should be made payable to Bethany Busy Bee. 

Tuition is eligible for the Child Care Tax Credit.   Please refer to attached PDF IRS Form 2441 (click on blue letters to access the form)  i2441

Preschool programs times are 8:45 am to 11:45 am

  • Mother’s Day Out, one day preschool program is 8:45 am to 1:45 pm

    • 2 days plus MDO 
  • Half Day Kindergarten ( 5 days) 
    • Kids must be 5 by October 30th.
    • Classes are held Monday through Friday: Monday & Friday from 8:45 am to 11:45 am; and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:45 am to 1:45 pm.
    •  Classroom size is from 8 – 12 kids.
    • The Kindergarten class will participate in all of the Bethany Busy Bee events including the option for Lunch Bunch.
  • Lunch Bunch (extended day) can be added on in addition to a class 
    • 11:45 am to 1:45 pm
    • Options of 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, 4 day, or 5 days a week

Lunch Bunch is an extended day 11:45 am- 1:45 pm for children.  It can be included along with their scheduled classes for a discount; or it can be on a drop off basis.  Please send a lunch.
Current Lunch Bunch Fee is $25 drop off fee for 2024-2025  Drop In Lunch Bunch fee can be paid at drop off or paid along with the monthly tuition.

Our families are offered the following discounts for 2024-2025. (May change each school year):

  • Families that are a part of Bethany 10%
  • Families involved in a full time ministry with a non for profit organization (with a letter documenting this) 10%
  • Grandchildren of families that are a part of Bethany 5%

 Last Month’s Tuition Payment

Last month’s tuition payment is required to be pre-paid upfront by August 1st. No tuition payment will be required in May as it is pre-paid by August 1st, before the beginning of school. Tuition is divided into 9 equal payments paid from August 1st through April 1st.  


If you must withdraw from Bethany Busy Bee before March 1, and you give us 30 days written notice, we will apply your pre-paid May payment to the tuition for the last month attended. However, no refund will be given without the required 30 days written notice before withdrawing your child. No refund of the May tuition will be available after March 1st since it is unlikely that we can fill any spots that late in the year. Please notify us as soon as possible if you plan to withdraw your child, as there may be another child on the waiting list.
