Registration Fee
Each child is required to pay a one time, non-refundable fee of $200 for one child or $300 per family. The fee is submitted with the Registration Form at the time of registration for each child. This fee holds the space in the class for the student and does not apply toward tuition. There is no Activity Fee or Back to School Supplies required as it is included with the Registration Fee.

Tuition ~ is eligible for the Child Care Tax Credit
Bethany Busy Bee Early Learning Center is a not for profit, self-supporting preschool. We rely on timely tuition payments so our teachers can be paid and we can run smoothly and efficiently.
The total annual tuition has been equally divided into nine months. Therefore, each month will be the same amount and is not dependent on the number of weeks in the month.
Tuition Payment is due on the 1st of each month. Checks should be made payable to Bethany Busy Bee.
Preschool programs times are 8:45 am to 11:45 am
2023-2024 Tuition Rates
- Registration Fee $200 per child or $300 per family. This fee along with a completed 2023-2024 Registration Form-fillable holds a space in the classroom.

- Friday Toddlers (1 day)
- 18 months to 2.5 year old class
- Toddlers 2 Days a week
- 18 months to 2.5 year old class
- Toddlers 3 Days a week
- 18 months to 2.5 year old class

- Toddlers 5 Days a week
- 18 months to 2.5 year old class
- Tuesday & Thursday (2 days)
- 2.5 to 3.5 year old class
- 3.5 year old class, 4 year old class, and 5 year old class
- Monday & Wednesday Class (2 days)
- 2.5 to 3.5 year old class
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday (3 days)
- 3.5 year old class, 4 year old class, and 5 year old class
- Mother’s Day Out, one day preschool program is 8:45 am to 1:45 pm:
- Friday (1 day)
- 2.5 to 5 year old class
- 2 days plus MDO
- Half Day Kindergarten ( 5 days)
- Kids must be 5 by October 30th.
- Classes are held Monday through Friday: Monday & Friday from 8:45 am to 11:45 am; and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:45 am to 1:45 pm.
- Classroom size is from 8 – 12 kids.
- The Kindergarten class will participate in all of the Bethany Busy Bee events including the option for Lunch Bunch.
- Lunch Bunch can be added on in addition to a class
- 11:45 am to 1:45 pm
- Options of 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, 4 day, or 5 days a week

Drop In Lunch Bunch fee is $20 per Lunch Bunch attended and can be paid at drop off or paid along with the monthly tuition.
A year long commitment of Lunch Bunch is available with the monthly fee listed below. Please email bbpstaff@bethanybusybee.org to add your plan.

Two days a week – $120
Three days a week – $190
Four days a week – $250
Five days a week – $320
* Enrollment Forms (and Prepaid May Tuition) are due by Aug 1st which consist of the following: Student Information & Permission Form, Emergency Card, Immunization Record or Exemption, and Current Physical within the last 12 months. Parent Handbook Acknowledgement is issued during parent orientation.

Discounts
Our families are offered the following discounts for 2023-2024. (May change each school year):
- Families that are a part of Bethany 10%
- Families involved in a full time ministry with a non for profit organization (with a letter documenting this) 10%
- Grandchildren of families that are a part of Bethany 5%
Last Month’s Tuition Payment
Last month’s tuition payment is required to be pre-paid upfront by August 1st. No tuition payment will be required in May as it is pre-paid by August 1st, before the beginning of school.
Withdrawal
If you must withdraw from Bethany Busy Bee before March 1, and you give us 30 days written notice, we will apply your pre-paid May payment to the tuition for the last month attended. However, no refund will be given without the required 30 days written notice before withdrawing your child. No refund of the May tuition will be available after March 1st since it is unlikely that we can fill any spots that late in the year. Please notify us as soon as possible if you plan to withdraw your child, as there may be another child on the waiting list.
