UPK Accepted

Bethany Busy Bee Early Learning Center is a UPK provider for children that turn 4 by October 1st.

Beginning in the 2023-2024 school year, families in Colorado can receive at least 15 hours per week of free, voluntary preschool for 4 year olds through the Universal Preschool (UPK) Colorado program. UPK Colorado is administered by the newly-created [Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC)](https://cdec.colorado.gov/).

Bethany Busy Bee will send qualifying enrolled parents further information along with a Bethany Busy Bee specific link to enroll for 2024-2025. Please contact us at bbpstaff@bethanybusybee.org to request the link.

In April, we will have a Busy Bee specific enrollment link for new families for 2024-2025 school year. For families new to the program, or looking for a new preschool provider, the Family Matching process connects families with a preferred provider during matching rounds expected in April and July.

UPK Colorado is not a first-come, first- served program. Families can begin their application at any time. Once the application has been submitted it will be included in the weekly matching process. If you need to make changes to your application or enrollments, contact your Local Coordinating Organization (LCO).
